Without the generous contributions of all our sponsors, the Northwest Indiana House Raffle would not be possible. Because of their support, both St. Jude House of Crown Point and the Southlake YMCA are able to help more than 400 families a year. On behalf of the Northwest Indiana House Raffle and families, seniors and children that have benefited from their combined efforts, we thank them.

• All payments of $140 should be made payable to: The Northwest Indiana House Raffle.

• 75 prizes total to be given away on July 25, 2008.

• Odds are 1 in 80 you will be a prize winner.

• All shares are to be returned by July 22, 2008 unless the deadline is extended and announced by the House Raffle Committee.

• Drawing will be held at 10:00 A.M., July 25, 2008 at the Marian Education Center, St. Anthony Medical Center, Inc., 1201 South Main Street, Crown Point, IN. All participants are invited.

• The raffle will be held under the supervision of the accounting firm of Swartz, Retson & Co., P.C. of Merrillville, Indiana.

• Winners need not be present.

• Winners will be contacted by Swartz, Retson & Co., P.C. within three days following the Raffle.

• Winners will also be listed or advertised in The Times newspaper and/or the Post Tribune within 10 days of raffle drawing.

• Share purchases are not tax deductible.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a share.

• For additional information about the raffle, call the Northwest Indiana House Raffle 2008 headquarters at 1-888-663-5810. In the event that St. Jude House and Southlake YMCA do not receive a minimum of 3,900 raffle shares on or before July 22, 2008, St. Jude House and Southlake YMCA reserve the right to withdraw the initial prizes and net proceeds will be split 50/50 between the two benefiting parties and a single prize winner.

• No substitutes for prizes listed. All prizes are subject to Federal and State withholding tax. Winners assume property taxes accrued after closing and subsequently thereafter, all assessments, all local, state and federal income taxes, and title closing costs, if any. Mirar Development Inc. pays preconstruction survey and title insurance charges. Winner must choose the home or cash on or before August 4, 2008 or within 10 days after drawing. If winner chooses the home, closing must occur by August 24, 2008 or within 30 days after drawing. St. Jude House & Southlake YMCA reserve the right to extend the raffle date and deadline for ticket sales.
