Northwest Indiana House Raffle Rules and Information

• All payments of $150 should be made payable to: The Northwest Indiana House Raffle
• 75 prizes total to be given away on Friday, September 28, 2012.
• Odds are 1 in 80 that you will be a prize winner.
• Share purchases are not tax deductible.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a share or win a prize.

All shares are to be returned/submitted by September 25, 2012, unless the deadline is extended and announced by the House Raffle Committee.

Drawing will be held September 28, 2012 at 10am at the Marian Education Center, St. Anthony Medical Center, Inc., 1201 South Main Street, Crown Point, IN. All participants are invited. The raffle will be held under the supervision of the accounting firm of Swartz, Retson & Co., P.C. of Merrillville, Indiana. Winners need not be present. Winners will be contacted by Swartz, Retson & Co., P.C. within three days following the Raffle. Winners will also be listed or advertised in The Times newspaper and/or the Post Tribune and web site within 10 days of the raffle drawing.

In the event that St. Jude House and Southlake YMCA do not receive a minimum of 4,100 raffle shares on or before September 25, 2012, St. Jude House and Southlake YMCA reserve the right to withdraw the initial prizes, and net proceeds will be split 50/50 between the two benefitting parties and a single prize winner.
